The Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) pumped 5.48 million tonnes of crude oil in the first six months of this year, surpassing the set target by 23 per cent.
The Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) exploited an estimated 17.32 million tonnes of oil in the first 10 months of this year, surpassing the plan for the period by 2.3 per cent.
PetroVietnam reported that total revenue in the eight-month period was over VNĐ372 trillion (US$16 billion). The group contributed nearly VNĐ45 trillion to the State budget, while its after-tax profit stood at over VNĐ11 trillion.
